How our event catering works:
Our horse-box is 4x2 meters, and we will need an additional space for our car too.
We must be made aware of any dietary requirements or allergies at least 72 hours prior to the event.
We’ll arrive 1.5 hours prior to service to set up, we will require access to a 13amp power source, if that is not possible do let us know so that we can arrange alternative power supply.
We operate throughout the year at various markets in the South West, give our social media a follow to keep updated with where we’ll be!

Booking availability & staffing
Spring/Summer is our busiest time so we will definitely need at least a few weeks of prior notice, just reach out via Whatsapp, email or phone to discuss.
We will provide all staff for service at the event. All events are led by me, with over 10 years in the industry.
Our 1 of a kind horse box will be sure to get guests talking!
We can accommodate various allergy requirements, just let us know!
We have compliant risk assessments, 5 star food hygiene rating as well as public liability insurance up to £5 million.
Cost & Payment

We require a £150 fee as a deposit to secure the booking, and the remainder of the payment can be made 7 days prior to the event date!

Meet Harvey
Hi there, My name is Harvey! I started Pura Vida Tacos fresh off the boat from Mexico after a 6 month stint touring Central America (actually it was a plane…)! Returning inspired by unique flavours and a philosophy to enjoy the ‘Pure Life’, I scraped together a few pennies to renovate an old horse box into a unique mobile street food business! I grew up around the industry as my parents had a restaurant for years and I carefully observed what how to operate a successful business, by ensuring great quality food as well as service in a friendly warm environment!
Since beginning this journey I have catered to many festivals, markets and private functions and I aim to continue to bring my take on traditional Mexican cuisine with a modern twist!
